1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VSRecruit Ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VSRecruit Ai is a recruitment platform designed to help student-athletes create, manage, and track recruiting outreach to college coaches and NIL brands.

The Service provides tools for drafting emails, organizing outreach campaigns, and tracking communication status. All outreach actions are initiated by the user. VSRecruit Ai does not send emails without explicit user authorization.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.

4. Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you authorize VSRecruit Ai to:

Send emails on your behalf only after you explicitly initiate a campaign
Create email drafts for your review and editing
Detect replies only within email threads created through the Service

VSRecruit Ai does not read or scan your entire Gmail inbox and does not access unrelated emails. You are solely responsible for the content of all emails sent using your account. You may revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited, or unlawful emails
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Impersonate any individual or organization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its systems
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7. No Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

All subscription payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused features, or any other reason.
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already charged.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against valid charges are a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
